We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Condition of Items

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.


3. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used grooming tools

  • Personal hygiene products

  • Clearance or final sale items


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.


6. Incorrect Items Received

Report any incorrect or missing items within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for resolution.


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or wrongly shipped items only. Items must be unused and in original condition.


8. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


9. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.


10. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon due to an error on our part.
