Our team offers the following support and services:

  • Product inquiries and pre-sales support

  • Order status updates and shipment tracking

  • Post-sales assistance and troubleshooting

  • Return and refund coordination

  • Technical advice for grooming tools

  • Warranty claim processing

  • Product customization consultation (if applicable)
